What is the purpose of this construction project? This is an improvement project to replace and increase the capacity of the existing sanitary sewer line in areas on Calamo Street and Spring Road. There is a second phase of the project that is outside the roadway and in the neighboring woods.

What is the estimated timeframe for completion of this construction project? This project is scheduled to begin in January of 2025 and continue through the fall of 2025.

What are the expected construction hours? Construction hours will vary depending on weather, holiday schedules, lane closure hour restrictions, and construction phasing. It should be expected that construction activity will generally occur between 7 am and 5 pm on Monday-Friday.

How will access to my property be maintained during construction? Residents and emergency services will always have access to their property. Only a portion of Calamo Street will be closed at a time and residents will be directed to enter from the opposite end of the street that is closed. A map of the traffic plan is posted on the home page. If any additional coordination or impacts are required on a per house basis, we will coordinate directly with the property owners.

Will there be any restrictions on street parking due to construction? Currently there is no street parking and there will not be any street parking allowed in or around the construction area.
